I have a lot of crap on my desk that the newsroom is happy to see go I'm sure. I do not have the neatest workspace to most people's standards, although I know exactly where everything is. This photo is of the most well-kept section, a drawer of used notebooks. They aren't in any order of course. And these are just some that I had found a place to jam.
Even though I have not made one single photocopy from the county commission's office since around February, I had a full carboard box of paper to take to the recycling center.
I also started a box of junk to bring home, and it's only six inches full, mainly consisting of coffee mugs, travel mugs and legacy computer junk.
